Recession fears strike back




Feb. 21 - U.S. stocks fell more than 1 percent on Thursday as two anemic economic reports put fear of a recession back on the minds of investors. The Dow lost 142 points to 12,284. The S&P 500 lost 17 poInts to 1,342. The Nasdaq posted a 27 point deficit to 2,299. Crude oil snapped a five-day winning streak.
