The Dow Jones Index is hovering around 10,000.
It is chopping around 10,000. This is a major level.
The long term trend is still bearish.

The Dow Jones index broke the previous support level and is now heading downwards.
Possible support level is around 10,000

Trend is still bearish.

Market status as on Aug 15, 2010

The market is still bearish, as seen by the red bar color.
It is now touching the 50 day average.

Google has turned bearish..red color bar.





Apple is already bearish.




As you can see in Apple chart, it is very choppy and so gives fake buy and sell signals. DreamTai does not work very well for choppy stocks.

One way to get round this is to use a longer time frame.

I am still doing research for handling choppy markets.

Market Status as of August 11, 2010

Today, DreamTai gave a SELL signal for the Dow Jones Industrial average.
So, the market is no longer bullish.

So far, the new version of DreamTai (version 5.02.014 under testing) has been doing great in tracking the market trend. I am looking forward to release it by September end.

The trend is still bullish, as the price bars are above the 50 days moving average and are green in color.

I will keep you updated if the trend changes.

DreamTai just gave a green buy/cover short signal for the Dow Jones Industrial Average Index, because the price of the Dow Jones Index reached the previous peak level.
Let us see what happens next.

Stock market status as of July 18, 2010

The market (Dow Jones Average) has given a sell signal according to the new version of DreamTai which I am testing.
DreamTai 5.02.14 is the latest new version, which will be released in about two months.
In this version, I have made major updates in the trading signal software, which gives buy sell signals by showing the price bar colors as green or red.

Till now, the trading signals given by the system have been excellent.

The new version is having automatic stop loss adjustments. You can see the stoploss lines shown as thick blue lines. You have to adjust the stop loss prices daily to protect your profits.

Let us see how this new version of DreamTai will perform. My ultimate goal is that you should be *absolutely delighted* by it's performance.

Stock market status as of July 11, 2010

The market is still in a downtrend over the long term. See that the 50 day moving average is sloping down.

However, the short term trend is up. Let us see what happens when the index reached 50 day moving avearge and face resistance. Will it be able to overcome the resistance or will it bounce back downwards?
